🟠 THE PIONEERS (JAM)
They've been making music since 1962. Long Shot Kick De Bucket, Let your "yes" be "yes", Starvation – Songs that are part of our scene's DNA. And now they are on our small, fine stage here at Lok.al.
🟠 TRAVELERS ALL STARS (MEX)
Skinhead Reggae collective from Mexico City. Their own sound is called "Reggae Gordo" – fat, warm Early Reggae with a lot of soul. Since 2024 they have been touring Europe and rocking every stage they step on. Listen to them Don't Give Up then you know what to expect.
🟠 Plus: DJ Volcanic Heat
From 6:00 PM, DJ Volcanic Heat will get you fired up. Ska, Rocksteady, Reggae from the turntable – from the first beer at the door until the early morning hours.
Two generations. One evening at the Lok.al. The Jamaican Originals meet the hottest Travelers on the scene – a combination you won't find anywhere else, and that's exactly why we're doing it.
🍻 Because June 12th falls in the middle of summer: Doors open at 6:00 PM. Come early, sit with us outside, have a cold beer, and chat – Volcanic Heat will already be setting the right mood. Show starts around 8:45 PM.
🌶️ And there's something solid to eat with the beer: Chili Sin Carne by a professional chef – honestly, we tried it, the stuff is properly good. Plus small snacks from us. We also have a pizza truck from Incontro Pizza serving authentic Italian pizza from the wood-fired oven.
Ticket 40 Swiss Francs – a price that's at our limit. Unfortunately, we can't do it any cheaper, as the bands are too big. But for that, you'll get an evening you won't soon forget. 🍺 With that, another Eulach Vibes Spezialbier von AhoiHill, this time with a new special. Let yourself be surprised.
⚠️ An honest word about the presale: The venue is small, but the lineup has pull. We expect it to get crowded – and we don't want you to be turned away on June 12th. Please use the presale.
From the scene, for the scene. No profit, no compromises – affordable entry where possible, fair pay for bands of this size. It's that simple. And the fact that we can bring such bands to Winterthur is all thanks to you. Share. Buy. Bring everyone. Your parents. Your grandmother. Just everyone. 🤙
